NEW! Important information for all of our patients. As of the 17th of February 2020 Lambgates Health Centre will use online consult to assess all routine appointment requests. 

Online systems are not suitable for emergencies or the most urgent problems: in an emergency call 999, for an urgent problem call 111 or the surgery.

Complete the online form by clicking the box above and we'll respond with a text or phone call within 48 working hours (Mon-Fri 8am-6:30pm).

With Patient Access, you can now access your local GP services at home, work or on the move — wherever you can connect to the internet. What's more, because Patient Access is a 24-hour online service you can do this in your own time, day or night.

  • Book an appointment (Service temporarily unavailable due to COVID-19)

  • Send secure messages to your practice
  • View your medical record (This is an additional service which requires registration)
  • View Laboratory results
  • Health Advice (Online Triage)
