Dr Ahmed completed her GP training in Stockport where she worked in Paediatrics, Orthopaedics and Geriatrics.
After qualifying in 2017 she locumed in Cheadle Medical Practice before taking the role of a salaried GP at Lambgates in January 2018 and later became a partner in October 2020.
Dr Ahmed has now qualified as a GP trainer, she enjoys teaching medical students, FY2’s and GP trainees. She takes a keen interest in assessing skin lesions under the dermatascope.
When she is not working she enjoys playing football for Tintwistle Ladies, hockey for Heaton ladies and cricket for Old Glossop Ladies. She also enjoys walks with her dog, Dora!
